Founded in April 2010, RC Electric, LLC brings more than 40 years of combined experience in residential and light commercial electrical services. We also have over 20 years of hands-on experience in restoration projects. Our team proudly partners with restoration contractors such as Michaelis Corporation, Hays & Sons, ServiceMaster by Crossroads, and ServPro of Indianapolis.

Brett Walker

President

Brett has been working in the electrical field since he was 12 years old, assisting his father with electrical jobs. He officially began his career as an electrician in 1991 and spent many years working for several electrical companies before founding RC Electric. His decades of hands‑on experience and commitment to quality workmanship form the technical heart of the business
Ryan Hodge

Estimator

Ryan has been with us for over 10 years, starting in the field before moving into project management and now serving as our Estimator. He’s typically your first point of contact, guiding you through the estimate and answering any questions.
Melissa Walker

VP and Controller

Melissa brings the financial management, organization, and people‑focused leadership that helped transform RC Electric from a small start‑up into a structured, growing company. Her background in healthcare administration and work at IU Health shaped the strong operational foundation she now provides.
Rhoda Miller

Receptionist

Rhoda has been with us since 2021 and is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call the office. She’ll make sure you’re connected to the right person for whatever you need. She also assists with Accounts Payable and supports the team with various office tasks as needed.
Michael Moore

Field Supervisor

Mike has been with us since 2017. He takes care of our technicians in the field. Mike oversees projects and collaborates closely with our contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Project Manager

Nick has been with us since 2016. He leads projects with attention and care, ensuring it’s completed on time, done right, and exceeds expectations.
